If you have 5 or fewer devices, Norton 360 Deluxe is the better deal — same antivirus engine, more than enough cloud backup, and a lower yearly cost. If you have 6–10 devices or share a household subscription, Norton 360 Premium pays for itself in seats alone.

Device coverage

Deluxe covers up to 5 devices across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. Premium expands that to 10 devices, which matters for families with kids' phones, smart TVs running antivirus apps, and home-office setups with multiple laptops.

Cloud backup

Deluxe ships with 50 GB of PC cloud backup. Premium bumps it to 75 GB. Both are generous, but if you back up RAW photo libraries or video projects, the extra 25 GB on Premium is worth the upgrade.
